Requirements
- +3 years experience in the blockchain: you have a deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, Ethereum, and decentralized protocols. You are proficient with the web3 ecosystem, on-chain/off-chain integrations, Solidity, and Javascript.
- +7 years experience as a full-stack developer: you have proficiency with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, AWS, REST APIs, and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Long-term mindset: you are able to establish best practices to assure the long-term quality, reusability, and upkeep of your code.
- Ambitious and resourceful leader: you have the ability to become a blockchain expert, and lead and educate your co-workers. – enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers.
- Strong communication skills: you easily engage (in English) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible: you have experience working in the scrum and can work autonomously and collaborate in a team environment.
Duties
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies or features (on-chain or off-chain) that yield a competitive advantage
- Define and implement system architecture of on-chain and off-chain features
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build best practices development, quality assurance, data protection, and documentation processes
- Oversee a team of developers with a product manager
